Hi,

I'm trying to refresh my citations and keep getting an error message. Zotero begins to refresh but then a box that gives instructions to cancel the Zotero action flashes very quickly and repeatedly, and then my Firefox freezes until an error message comes up (in my word document) saying there was an error updating the document.

Does anyone know a solution?
