Upgrade StorageProQuest Congressional Translator
I am using ProQuest Congressional and there is no Zotero translator icon. This link won't work for others since it goes through Syracuse, but can anyone who writes translators access this database?

everything that goes through Lexis Nexis is a bit of a nightmare for translators - they don't display, let alone export, data in any systematic format. I'm not sure this would be possible at all, but even if it is it's not going to be a very good translator.
