Upgrade StorageCannot remove Word Plugin in 2010
Hi,
I simply cannot remove the add-in plugin for Zotero from Word 2010. I looked at the Word startup folder (nothing there). I looked in the add-in options for templates and the remove option is greyed out. I reinstalled the 2.1/3.0 FF extension and re-removed it. No luck.
Found out I had to actually close Word and go into explorer and paste the C:\Users\Jim\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP info in because when double clicking on the Word Startup folder from Word Advanced options the explorer window will not show any files (it wants to only look at folders and won't let you change settings in this small window in Windows 7).
I just thought I would post this if anyone else had the same problem.
