Invalid username or password

When I'm looking to syncronize and click the curly Sync arrow, I keep getting this error that my username or password is invalid. Go to the Zotero site and using the same info gets me in, no problem. I've gone into Preferences and typed them in repeatedly, but still having the same problem.

I don't see a "enter" or "OK" button to confirm in the Preferences-Sync section either.

  • What's the message, exactly? (Provide a Report ID.) You appear to syncing with the Zotero server just fine. You have items on the server from a few hours ago.
