CSA Illumina importing citations

In CSA Illumina, PsycInfo when presented with a list of results, you can click on the zotero icon in the URL bar and have an option to import both the citation for an item in the results list, as well as all its references. However, when I try to check off both a citation from the results list and its references, zotero does not import the references but does import the item twice. (I hope that's clear!) This problem happens to a student using zotero standalone with Chrome on Windows Vista and for me with the Firefox plugin on Mac 10.5.8.

Any ideas? Anyone else having this problem?
