Plugins not working with Standalone in Word 2007

When I try to add a citation using the add-ins button in Word 2007 nothing happens. When I try it with Firefox it works. Can anybody help me? My error code is: 1904781851

Are you trying it with both Standalone and Firefox open simultaneously?

No. Doing a little digging here last night, I see that this may be a bug that hasn't been rectified.

When I first installed it, which took me about 3 tries, it worked, but now all I get is the little circular activity graphic for a second or two, then nothing.
