Error Report 461792915
After upgrading to Snow Leopard OS X 10.6.8, I had to revert to an earlier version of Firefox in order to make Zotero work, per the instructions from Zotero. My most recent 20-30 bibliography entries (from before the upgrade) are missing, as well as 5-6 I entered today. No matter what I do, it tells me the info is missing from my library. Should I upgrade to the newer version of Firefox? I followed the instructions for de-bugging the document, to no avail. I need to turn this in tomorrow. Help!
  • "I had to revert to an earlier version of Firefox in order to make Zotero work"
you must have misread something - Zotero works with FF up to 9 on OS X 10.6 or higher.
Could you specify what you mean by "it tells me the info is missing from my library" - what's the actual error message you're getting and what are you doing when you're getting it.
  • I just tried to enter a citation again. 1) The shortcut key doesn't work, which isn't a big deal. 2) When I clicked "OK", nothing happened.

Then, it picked the next citation and said "This item no longer exists in your Zotero database." But I can see it in m Zotero library.

Also, I received this error message: this.registry.citationreg.citationByld[c[0]] is undefined

Here is the error message from system preferences.

    JavaScript Error: "this._editor is undefined" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/bindings/styled-textbox.xml" line: 185}]

    [JavaScript Error: "this._editor is undefined" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/bindings/styled-textbox.xml" line: 185}]

    Any ideas? Thanks!
  • you could try re-installing the python ext and then the word plugin - that seems to have worked for other people with the same issue.
