Tag list elevator

Would it be possible to add an elevator/vertical scroll bar in the right column for the Tags list? I am constantly having to readjust the height when in tab mode. Info and Notes already spawn them when required. Thank you

    Not totally sure what you mean here. There already is a vertical scroll bar in the tags tab, at least for me—it just seems to be off somewhat in its calculations in 3.0, which means that tags at the end can go out of view. (It works properly in 2.1.) That's what needs to be fixed.

    It seems to have a problem in 3.0 only when the Zotero pane is shrunk down pretty far. At a normal size it seems to work fine.
