Upgrade StorageSuggestion: Timestamped labels
I think it would be useful for the time when a certain label has been added to be timestamped, such that when you mouse over a label (in an item's Tags tab), it shows you when exactly that label has been applied.
This is particularly useful for labels such as "Read" or "To be read".
