ALL MY FOLDERS DELETED

Please help me. All my folders in my Zotero collection were deleted. Everything is unfiled. How can I restore them???

    Also disable all other FF add-ons and check your database integrity in the advanced tab of the Zotero preferences. Collections don't just vanish.
