thanks - I didn't end up using your version because there were a couple of other things I wanted to fix, but the new version is up now.

nothing that changed the style output - I just changed the id/filename to be more in line with the general conventions of the repository (i.e. clinical-orthopaedics-and-related-resarch instead of corr) and removed some superfluous empty affixes (prefix="" and the like).
