How to Change Item/Source Type Easily?

I automatically imported a citation for a book via a worldcat.org MARC record. Zotero automatically saves this as a book, but I want to cite this source as a book section item type.

Can I change the item type from book to book section easily?

    Click on the item type "Book" and a list of options will appear.

    And to expand further on this posted question .. how can this menu of Item Types be customised / edited ?
