Harvard citation style is killing me!

I don't know why Harvard style in my zotero kept showing in this format: initials last name, year, instead of last name, year. i have tried everything, and this still happens. It is a nightmare!. can someone please bail me out!

    @seneca_tunde You are probably just seeing the effects of given name disambiguation, which is included in the version of the Harvard style that ships with Zotero. As the link Dan posted shows, the name "Harvard style" is applied to a large family of variants with similar characteristics. Some may not require given name disambiguation.

    To quash the added initials for names that don't need them, you'll need to assure that the names for identical authors match exactly (character for character) in the items referenced in your document. If your variant of Harvard does not require disambiguation, this page links to a guide that explains how to make a personal copy of the style and turn it off:
