For one, you need to escape the ampersand in one of the links:

Thanks Rintze. I didn't understand the line 7 error before, but now it is clear. I just revised the gist at the original URL above. It seems to validate now without any issues. I would be grateful if you can add it to the repository.

Rintze, sorry about that. Apparently I was using a useless validator before. From now on I'll use validator.nu. The code checks out now. Thank you for your help.
