report of Zotero crash

Sorry if this is going in the wrong place - please advise. Zotero just crashed after I uploaded the details for a journal publication (running FF 8.0, Zotero 2.1.10), then clicked the Zotero button to view the entry. Zotero's crash report ID is 988374338. I was advised to restart FF, which I will, but wanted to punt the info before losing it.

    This may be unrelated, but to start:
    Could not remove C:\Documents and Settings\...\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP\Zotero.dot
    Check the permissions in that directory. Your user account needs to be able to write to it for the word processor integration installation to complete. (If Word is open, close it and restart Firefox.)
