Plugin OpenOffice 2.3 for author small caps

Hello,
There is a problem with author when it is format with small caps. When I insert a new citation, if I want to edit in Zotero (for put, by example, italic text), the author doesn't apear in small caps, but

\scaps Author\scaps0

If I close the zotero editor, everyting works ok, but my modification, made in this editor, are lost.
I use INTER style.

    Doesn't Zotero protect small caps for author, when I edit anything with "Show editor..."?
    Is this a bug?
