Upgrade StorageIntegration Error
An error message appears every time I try to insert a citation. I have a Mac OS X (version 10.5.8) and Microsoft Word 2008 program. I installed the standalone version of Zotero for Safari as well as the Firefox extensions and the word processor plug-ins (2.1/3.0). I tried exporting citations via Safari and Firefox but I can't get the citations to export properly into my word document. The integration error message always pop up: "Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate extension is installed and try again."
Zotero will not work on the latest version of Firefox on my Mac, so I installed Firefox 3.6x. But when I try using the older Firefox version, I cannot read journal articles on the web and there are no available plug-ins to let me do so
I am so frustrated!! I just want to be able to insert citations and generate a bibliography. Please, please help. Thank you!
