Problem with Syncing without error message

Hello,

I am using two computers, one at home and another at work.
I have a syncing problem and searched the forum but could not find a solution. I installed the same versions of firefox and zotero on the two computers.

Here is the situation.
Library A: a set of library appears on the Zotero panel in my home PC
Library B: a set of library appears on the Zotero panel in my work PC

When I log in Zotero from my office PC, I can see Library A on the browser library, but I cannot see Library B on the browser library in Firefox (although it exists on the Zotero panel in my work PC).

When I log in Zotero from my home PC, I can see Library B on the Zotero panel, but I cannot see it and Library A on the browser library in Firefox.

What are the issues?
FQA does not really help explaining syncing.

Please help solving the problem!

    Thank you for your prompt response and I did check the link you provided earlier.

    I can also see your suspect about different usernames, but I have been logging in with the same name and password.

    I particularly do not understand the syncing between a library in the Zotero panel and another library appears on the web-browser. Do you have any comments or suggestions on that?

    I wish there is a more thorough guide and video tutorial on this sycing process and steps...

    Logging into the website has no effect on the Zotero client (currently).

    Look in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences on each computer. You have different things entered in.
