New England Journal of Medicine citation style

I am trying to add citations in NEJM sytle which I downloaded from the Zotero Style Repository. There are the numbers in my text, but there are no citations at the end or anywhere else in the document.
Could anybody please help me?

    Click "Insert Bibliography".

    Ok, that seems to be right, thanks.
    But now it is located in the middle of my text right behind the little number and not at the end of the document. ??!

    it's inserted wherever you have your cursor when you click "insert". You can just delete the whole thing, move your cursor to the end and repeat.
