Full bibliographies

My professor wants complete bibliographies -- not just what we cite/use, but EVERYTHING we read. However, it seems that Zotero only inserts citations of what you actually use in the document. Is there any way for it to automatically include all citations from a folder?

Yes. Use the edit bibliography button:

edit: actually that won't automatically include all items from a folder, but you can quickly click through the folder for that, shouldn't take more than 3mins.

You can also just make a separate bibliography of all the items in a Zotero folder, directly from within Zotero (and not via the word processor plugins): http://www.zotero.org/support/creating_bibliographies
