First, download the JabRef which link is in the page that @Rintze provided. After installed, import your Source.xml (if you don't know the link, just open you Word, go to References > Manage Sources > Click "Browse..." next to the "Source available in: Master list" Then, select all of your references that has been imported using Ctrl+A, go to File > Save selected as plain BibTeX... in your directory. It will make a bib file that ready to import to Zotero Finally, in your Zotero, go to File > Import, select the bib file you made before. There you go
There will be a slight of error, like jumble between fields. But after all it doesn't even matter

References archive from Microsoft Word it´s in:
C:\Users\USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Bibliography
The archive it´s in .xml format
In Jab Ref import Source.xml and export as plain BibTeX. The new file will be saved in .bib format
After, import the Source.bib with zotero.
Easy! Copied text from MS Word document, created BiBTex to import into Zotero
