translator="AGU Journals" abends with URI=.../journals/... but not .../pubs/...
I'm getting the "Could Not Save Item" redbox when trying to save
http://www.agu.org/journals/gl/gl0420/2004GL020398/
Note this issue differs from another current issue
http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/20210/agu-translator-does-not-correctly-capture-doi-page-number/#Item_0
in that the latter's article (URI=
http://www.agu.org/pubs/crossref/2004/2003JA010291.shtml
) saves, but incorrectly. (I get the same behavior with the latter article.) Note that
* This is not listed in Known Translator Issues
http://www.zotero.org/support/known_translator_issues
but I can add this (and the other issue above) if someone verifies the behavior I describe.
* My zotero version=2.1.10
- I do not have the latest version of Firefox: I'm running
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:5.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/5.0
which I believe is latest debian testing, but I know later versions are available in ubuntu. If you have the latest Firefox (==7.0.1), please try the failing URI above, and post here regarding the save behavior you observe.
* I have the latest available translators, and did a manual update anyway, then retried (and re-failed) to save the above URI.
* My system clock is set to the correct time and time zone.
* I am not having problems with multiple sites, and the canonical sites (Amazon, NYTimes) WFM.

This one may actually be trickier to fix than the other issue since the site has a rather idiotic frame structure that we'll need to work around.
Short term solution I'd probably configure the translator to not detect on that site, then at least the doi might get picked up.
