Missing columns in library when using another computer

I am planning a demonstration on the wonders of Zotero to some new peers. However,I have come unstuck showing them how you can access your library from other computers! Having logged in on another computer I can access my library but although the left-hand column (my library collections) is available, the middle column (title) and right column (notes) are missing. Any ideas?

    Disable your other Firefox extensions, starting with any of these.

    Also check your database integrity in the Advanced pane of the Zotero prefs.

    And if you still have trouble, provide a Report ID.
