Word Processor: Blank character in front of footnotes

Hi there,

thank you for that awesome software. Just a short notice: The word processor plugin (current version afaik) puts a blank character in front of a footnote-number. MS Word 2007, however, doesn`t. This means footnotes look differently, depending on how I built them, either with Word or with Zotero.

    that shouldn't be possible - Zotero just tells Word to insert a footnote, afaik it can't insert a space before the footnote. (You can tell if there's actually a space or if the number is indented by displaying non-printing characters).
    What could be the case is that, for some reason, it applies a different Word footnote style to the footnotes as the default Word one.
    These more general directions apply to footnotes as well, try if that helps.
