MacWorld Integration 3.1.6
I have a new MacBook Pro (running Lion) and have not been able to get the toolbar to show up in Office Word 2011. I've attempted to re-install the Word for Mac plugin 2.0 and get the following error message: "Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox". I've also tried going to Firefox 7.0.1 - Tools - Add-ons - Preferences - Zotero Word for Mac is not currently installed - (same error message). I even uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2011 and reinstalled the Python (it's installed). Zotero works fine in Firefox to retrieve and store citations. When I open Word, the referencing toolbar that I'm used to is not there but if I open the "S" symbol on the primary Word toolbar I can find Zotero and insert references that way but it isn't convenient.
I have a new computer (MacBook Pro 10.7.2) running Lion. My old computer (MacAir 10.6.8) running Snow Leopard ran Zotero just fine. The error message I'm getting is "Zotero is not defined" www.zotero.org/static/js/zotero.1316822452.js.
What can I do to correct this problem? Thank you.

If that doesn't work, provide a report ID after re-triggering the error.
