Upgrade StorageCiteseer
Hi,
At Citeseer, COinS.js gets activated, grabs the meta-data fine, but not the pdf.
Citeseer is listed among supported sites, and there is a CiteSeer.js but seems outdated (2008-02-06).

Since the COinS data is pretty good, I don't think anyone is in a hurry to actually write a translator for this, though it wouldn't be a lot of work just to grab the COinS or the bibTex and add a link to the URL.
Anyone who wants to do this is certainly welcome to.
