Zotero MacWord Integration problem -- TypeError: This parameter must be a string or Unicode object.

My wife is having trouble with Zotero. 60+ references are suddenly all out of order and when she tries to refresh the Bibliography she gets this message:

Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

TypeError: This parameter must be a string or Unicode object.
"

She figured since I'm a programmer I would know what this meant. Unfortunately, I don't. All I can tell is that Zotero had an "experience". Can anybody shed some light on what is going on?

This is Zotero 3.0b2 with Zotero MacWord Integration 3.1.6 for Mac OS X with Firefox 7.0.1 and Microsoft Word 14.1.3 (Office 2010).

A follow-up thought: My wife is going between two computers by saving the document on DropBox. The other computer is a Mac OS X with the latest FireFox and Zotero but Microsoft Office 2007. I could get the exact versions if this is useful.

Provide a report ID after re-triggering the error.

and make sure she doesn't have her Zotero database on dropbox.
