Upgrade StorageLost access to Zotero on Mac OS X-Report ID: 1528371855
I have a new mac with OS X and running word 2011. I was able to download zotero and all was working well (i.e., allowing me to start a new library and insert citations into a word document), until I copied a paragraph from an old version of the document written with word 2004 on my previous mac and with a much older version of zotero (I believe 1.1). The citation toolbar disappeared (I had to access it from the help menu of word). When I clicked on an entry in zotero {Citation} would appear in the word footnote.
Got Error Message: this.registry.citationreg. citation Byld[c[o]]isundefined.
I attempted to reinstall firefox and zotero/plugin, but to no avail. Now, I don't even have access to the zotero citation toolbar in my word documents. It no longer seems to exist. Am reorganizing a Ph.D. thesis, and will be moving between old and new versions of documents. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
