Syncing from Work Computer

I have installed Zotero on my work computer, but it will not sync with my account.

Any ideas?

what is the text of the actual error message you're getting? Most of the time it should tell you what's not working.

I created an account on my work computer, and I'm trying to access it from my home computer. I downloaded zotero and re-started firefox, but when I log in to zotero, my files aren't there...
I'm pretty sure I loaded them into Zotero at school correctly... but I'm new to the program.
Any suggestions?
