Deleted unfiltered items folder

I by accident deleted the unfiltered items folder that automatically comes with zotero, Is there a way to restore this? otherwise things display in weird ways.

    Right-click (Control-click on a Mac) on the library (My Library or the group name) and select "Show Unfiled Items".

    But what do you mean by "otherwise things display in weird ways"?
