Zotero and BibTex, documentation?

Hello. After digging in Zotero's Documentation for a while without success I would really appreciate someone, anyone, could point me to some documentation on how to create a BibTex file in Zotero. My understanding is that with Zotero I can do what JabRef does and more. I am a Zotero user for a while now but still I am dragging citations to JabRef to create my BibTex file and maybe I can save that step if everything can done in Zotero. Thank you so much!

I use both. Each has unique features.
