Viewing pdfs pulled in from Ebsco databases

Several citations I added to my Zotero library no longer display when I use either View PDF, double click on the link to the article. When attempting to view the pdf, an error message appears, "The attached file could not be found. It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero." When attempting to go to the URL for the article stored in Zotero we simply get a blank page.

I've worked through all of the translator troublshooting steps so any help would be welcomed!

    that's almost certainly not a translator problem.
    How does the attachment icon look? Did you retrieve the items on the computer you're currently using, or did you sync?
