Citation not being added properly

I am using Mac OS 10.6.8, Firefox 3.6.22, with Zotero plug in 2.1.10, Word 2008 12.3.0 with Zotero plugin 3.1.16

When I try to place a citation, Zotero is placing 0/0/00 0:00 AM, which has the field code { PRINTDAET \* MERGEFORMAT }. The same action also places '7)' after other citations in my document. For example, (Adams et al., 2007) becomes (Adams et al., 2007)7). It's not generating an error, so I don't have a code to provide, but happy to provide log if needed.
