FIle syncing

We followed all of the steps in the help page for "Why am I getting the message 'Attached file could not be found....'" We reset the sync pane in preferences, and now get the following sync error:

The file 'C:\Users\jwh\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\8nlc117e.default\zotero\storage\I6EXCEVJ\888888_11x11_icon_folder_closed.gif@22' cannot be created. Check that the file is not currently in use and that it is not marked as read-only. To check all files in your Zotero data directory, right-click on the 'zotero' directory, click Properties, and ensure that the Read-Only checkbox is empty.

We have already checked that the Read-Only checkbox is empty.

    It might be a problem with the '@' in the filename. Can you create a file with a '@' manually?
