Syncing problem between mac and PC

Dear all,

I'm having problem in syncing between my mac and PC at work.

Here is my ID report 527733247

And, as Dan Stillman asked me to do, I already have the 2.1.10 version.

What can I do?

That error report is from 2.1.8.

Thanks, now I understand I have on my mac a 2.1.10 version and on my PC the old one. This morning I upgraded the 2.1.10 version but I have now an error reported without explanation. I restarted the firefox but is not functioning.

Down-right of the screen I have an "careful" sign" on the zotero logo and when I click on to open my zotero I have an error message telling that an error occured during the zotero start. I restarted firefox and also my computer but the error is still there.
