EBSCO (or RIS) - strip periods at end of title
e.g.
this article:
Acute effects of betahistine hydrochloride on food intake and appetite in obese women: a randomized, placebo-controlled trial.
in the CINAHL database through EBSCO -
has
TI- Acute effects of betahistine hydrochloride on food intake and appetite in obese women: a randomized, placebo-controlled trial.
The period should be stripped - I can't think of a case where a title should ever be saved with a period at the end, so maybe this could be implemented for RIS generally.

ajlyonI generally try to keep general fixes like this out of the main import translators, since there's no telling what somewhat might be doing. But I've fixed this in the EBSCO translator: http://github.com/ajlyon/translators/raw/master/EBSCOhost.js
