Open office tool bar not working

Hello

I am running Windows 7
firefox 6.0.2
zotero 2.1.10
Open Office 3.3.0

After installing the open office plugin version 3.5b1 the tool bar appears in OO but when I click on the button to insert a new citation, change the preferences or edit a citation, nothing happens.

I was using zotero for 4 months with no problems then this problem started about 4 months ago. I had windows 7 starter which I figured to be the problem but since buying a new computer with windows 7 and reinstalling everything it still doesn't work. I would really appreciate some help in this matter.

Try re-installing Ooo components following these instructions:
http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#zotero_toolbar_doesn_t_appear
never mind that they refer to a different issue.
If that doesn't help, see if you can create an error report from within Zotero (gears menu) and post the ID here.

However the posted instructions did not seem to work.
It produced an error message that said could not create Java Implementation.
I created the following error report: 374018696

Great, I installed LibreOffice 3.4 and now it works! Thank you so much.
