macword integration fro zotero 2.1 installation failed
Firefox 3.6.22
Zotero 2.1.10
Macword integration 3.1,6.r10114
MacBook Pro Intel Core Duo
Mac OS 10.5.8
Word 2004 v11.6.3
I have administrator privileges. Can Read & write to: Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Office/Startup/Word
I checked the folder with "get info" and my name shows up with the right privileges. I also run disk utility and checked/repaired permissions, just in case.
Firefox hangs upon start and after several minutes gives me an error message stating installation failed and make sure that word is closed; it is!
I have tried all the solutions already posted in the forum to no avail. I even switched from the latest release of the plug-in inoto 3.1.6.r10114 and it still does not install.
Deleted python and reinstalled. then tried reinstalling macword integration. Nothing.
I appears there is a bug that needs fixing?
Please help, thanks

Also, there was an error stored from before I closed firefox to re-trigger (i.e. I assume from the previous time this happened). I made a report for that one too: 463270557
Thanks Simon
