csl-processor bug: semicolon and final delimiter
The last fix of the semicolon delimiter issue apparently hasn't been 100% successful.
With delimiter-precedes-last="always" and delimiter="; "
we get this:
Etzioni, A.; Piore, M. J., & Streeck, W. (2010). Behavioural economics. Socioecon Rev, 8(2), 377-397. doi:10.1093/ser/mwq002
(note the comma - which should be a semicolon - before the ampersand).

for test style, test item, and output as is and as should be.
