can't cite anymore

in recent few days, i discovered that i cant cite at all while writing my paper. it gave an error message 245953362 "zoteroIntegrationField.setCode" or something. also showing (NS_ERROR_FAILURE). this always appear anytime i want to cite any reference from my library. its so frustrating, pls someone, help out. "Zoteror experience an error updating your document" also appear with it when i try to cite
