Runtime Error 91 on Vista/Word 2007

I have two PC's, both with Office 2007 installed. My laptop runs on XP home and Zotero works great. My Desktop is running Vista Ultimate 32 bit. When I click on the icons in MS Word on my desktop I continually get a runtime error 91. Security and macro settings match between the two PC's. Both have Zotero 1.0.2 and the latest .dot file from the zotero website.

I would be very grateful to have help with getting this running on my Desktop as it would be a big help for my Master's. If there's any more diagnostic info I can provide please let me know.
