Royal Society of Chemistry Style, no bibliography inserted

Hi, I downloaded the Royal Society of Chemistry from Zotero website.
I could add reference in my MS word file but I could not insert Bibliography at all.
I could only see the reference number 1,2,3 but there is no words followed those numbers.

Can someone tell me what I should do to solve it?

    Just in case, have you tried clicking in the document at the position where you would like the bibliography, and clicking on the "Insert bibliography" icon?
