Upgrade StorageLocally, hide tags coming from group libraries
The tag selector appears to display only tags from my local library, but the Tag pane, while adding tags, also makes the group tags available (without indicating the non-local status).
Proposal:
1. Since group tags are not shown in the tag selector they should, I think, also not be available in the Tag input fields.
2. On the other hand, probably some people like it that way, so it might make more sense to (a) hide group tags by default, (b) provide an option to show and use group tags (similar to the "Show Automatic" checkbox in the tag selector.
The issue is related to one I have reported before on the need to be able to prevent (personal) tags from being added to group libraries.
