Error Occurs when attempting to copy from Unfiled Items to Group Collection

Every time I use "Add Item by Identifier" now the reference is added to Unfiled items. When I attempt to copy the reference to a group collection I get the following error "An error has occurred. Please restart Firefox. You can report this error..." The error ID generated is 1120057678
I am using 3.0b1 on FF 6.0.
