When I try to cite from different websites, this is what I get.
'AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED WHILE SAVING THIS ITEM. CHECK.....'.
I have generated the following error reports
ERROR IDS 2111399146, 753424377 AND THE LIST GOES ON AS NOTHING IS SAVED.
I have restarted the computer, removed Zotero stand alone, disabled all other addons, reinstalled word. None of these have solved the problem. Any help will be highly appreciated
