Journal of Community Health - New Style

I've modified the APA style to create the style for the Journal of Community Health. I've never done this before, but it appears to be working fine. Could someone upload it?

thanks. Your style is still in csl 0.8.1, you should consider upgrading (the repository is csl 1.0 only):

also, you're missing an </author> end tag after your information and there should only be one author, the rest should be contributors (that's all in the info section).
Let me know if you want to fix this yourself, else I'll upgrade and upload this for you soon-ish.
