Don't auto-add domain to proxy on 404 error

Zotero will auto-add domains to proxies (without asking) when I redirect the website through my university's EZproxy by adding a domain suffix. This is a nice feature. However, it'd be better if it didn't do this completely automatically when the result of the page is a 404 error. I get 404 errors when the university library has no subscription for the site I'm visiting.

    That's a good idea. I've implemented this, and it will be available in the next Zotero 3.0 beta.
