Changelog for Word Plugin 3.1.2 for Windows

Windows users were recently proposed to update the Zotero Word Plugin with the version 3.1.2.

But at
http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_changelog

this version doesn't appear. So, if anybody can tell me what is the object of this new version, I would thank him (her).
