OpenOffice plugin do not get installed

Hi,

I am using ubuntu 10.04 LTS with firefox 3.6 and I have two users. For one user the plugin (3.5b1) works fine, but for the other user I installed the plugin from the webpage, the firefox tell me that it is installed and ask to restart. After restarting firefox the plugin does not appear as installed. If I go to zotero preferences it tells me that the plugin is not installed.
Zotero version is 2.1.8.

What happens if you press the button to install in the Zotero preferences? Can you provide a report ID?

If I press de install button in the Zotero preferences it does "searching for required components" and never advance to the next step. I cancel and then report the error with ID 274661182
