How to modify "Locate" action?

Hi,

One more question - I'd like to have "Locate" open in a new tab, instead of in whichever tab I have active in my browser. Is that a setting I can change?

    You can use the same key modifiers you use for normal links in Firefox: Control on Windows and Command on OS X, with Shift to make the new tab appear on top instead of behind the current one.
